• 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Once safari permits are booked, the advance amount is non-refundable.
• If safaris are cancelled by the State Government due to COVID-related restrictions, the eligible amount will be carried forward as credit and can be used for rescheduling the trip.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid 15 days prior to the tour start date.
• If the trip is cancelled 0–3 days before the tour, no refund will be applicable, subject to the resort's cancellation policy for those dates.

Safari permits, forest entry and government rules are subject to availability and applicable authority regulations.
